Before opening a Trouble Ticket regarding CLI issues please read.

Before opening a ticket, please read:

• Some destination carriers prepend their own country code to the calling number if they do not see a leading “+” in front of the calling number (ANI/CLI).  If you are reporting that digits are prepended to a calling number, please make sure that you are providing CLI in the proper format as follows:
• In general - Calling Number Information should be provided as "+" "CC" and "national number" to assure the most reliable CLI delivery to any destination.
• CLI must be in the "From" header if privacy is set to "None".
• CLI can be in both “From” and P-Asserted identity headers if privacy is set to "None".
• CLI must be in P-Asserted header if privacy is set to "ID". In this case, it does not have to be in "From".
• If CLI is Presentation allowed, than Privacy header can be excluded or set to "none".
• If CLI is Presentation restricted, then Privacy header must be set to "id".
• If the destination carrier sees the "+" in front of your calling number's country code, they will know not to prepend the local country code.
• If we get E.164 as standard from you and the carrier still prepends (or removes) digits, we have options to make a reliable translation on your behalf (because we know what the sting you sent represents) and/or we can pursue the carrier to standardize on E.164 format "+" "CC" and "national number".

In the ticket description, please include:

• The number that was dialed (Called Party).
• The number that the call originated from (Calling Party).
• Time of call with hh:mm:ss and time zone.
• Exactly what was displayed on the called party’s phone?
